Perfect Romance!!!!!!!!!

WOW! I can't beleive I was so lucky as to come across this book! It is a great love story. I cried, I laughed, I bit my nails, I sighed and I got exasperated. I read the book in less than 12 hours (including a few hours of sleep and classes in between). This story is about Nic Stone, a Fae. He's as hot as they come and as nice and as gentlemen-ish as they dont make anymore, (if that makes sense). He fell in love with a mortal and since he's inmortal he feared she would grow old and die and leave him, thus he goes to Titania (big mistake) in order to ask Titania to make Anna (Nic's wife) be inmortal. Titania agrees, but she doesnt tell Nic that in order for Anna to become inmortal she has to die and be reborn. 25 years later Nic thinks he has found Anna in Dianna, a famous, (and in my opinion a spoiled brat, but nice in her own way), singer. That is until he faces Stacey, Dianna's sister, and begins to wonder how's it possible that Stacey ignites in him a fire that only his wife Anna could ignite, and Dianna doesn't. The story is beautiful and heartwarming. I loved every minute of it and my only regret is that there wasn't more!

delightfully whimsical and amusing fantasy romance

Faery Nic Stone loves his mortal wife Anna so much so that he begs Fae Queen Titania to confer immortality on his beloved spouse. Titania consents to perform the deed if Nic paints her portrait. However, Titania plays a trick on Nic by not informing him at the time of the agreement that Anna had to die in order to be reborn an immortal.Twenty-five years later, Nic thinks he finally located his Anna who uses the name Dianna Fielding, a renowned singer. Nic attains a gardening position on Dianna's estate where her sister Stacy also lives. Though Nic is certain that Dianna is his love, he finds himself attracted to Stacy. Nic must tell the real Anna "I love you" to the real Anna or become Titania's slave, the other stipulation in their deal.CUPID'S MELODY, the sequel to the PRINCE OF CHARMING, is a delightfully whimsical and amusing fantasy romance. The story line will charm the audience especially when those wild pixies take center stage though they do distract from the prime plot. The strength of this tale resides with the characters. Readers will adore the endearing Nic as he faces a dilemma that could mean his existence and hiss at the mischievously devious Titania who always has one more trick up her sleeves. The two sisters are interesting as they cause readers to share with Nic his predicament. Karen Fox enchants her audience with this enjoyable reading happening.Harriet Klausner

WOO-HOO!

In a prior book, Prince Of Charming, we met a friend of Robin's named Nic. This book is the story of Faery Nic Stone and his mortal wife, Anna. Nic went to Titania, Queen of the Fae, and asked her to grant immortality to his wife Anna. She agreed in exchange for him painting the portrait of her royal self. She never told Nic that Anna would have to die and be reborn. After twenty-five years, Nic believed he had found his Anna. Her name was now Dianna Fielding and she was a famous pop singer. She was almost identical to her former self. He claimed a position as gardener on the estate Dianna and her sister, Stacy, lived. Dianna was his reincarnated love, he was positive, but Stacy was the one that drew him like a moth to a flame. To make things difficult, Dianna was engaged to someone else. Luring her away would be difficult, even with Stacy's help. Worse yet, Titania hung around causing mischief. Nic had to say "I love you" to the real Anna, or become Titania's slave ... forever! ***** If possible, this second romp in the magical Faery realm is even better than the first! The reader knows immediately who the real Anna is, but also understands how Nic can believe it is Dianna. The author added chaos by throwing mischievous Pixies into the mix. This gives the readers many humorous scenes that are as enchanting as the "Lost Love Found" plot. I cannot recommend this magical romance highly enough! ***** Reviewed by Detra Fitch.

Unique twist on reincarnation theme!

Nic Stone learns the hard way that you must be careful what you wish for, lest you get it. One of the Faery, he has fallen in love with a mortal, and is determined to love Anna for all time. However, when he asks the jealous queen, Titania to grant his love eternal life, he is not aware that the price is her life. She must die and be reborn, and her new incarnation will have no recollection of Nic. For them to be together forever, Nic must find Anna and win her heart all over again. If he fails, he will lose her for all time, and be Titania's slave. When at last Nic believes he has found Anna (Diana), he is in a quandry. It is Diana's sister, Stacy, who is slowly winning his heart. Yet, despite this, he is determined to best the queen, and to have the woman he believes is his lost soul mate. Though it hurts, Stacy is equally determined to help, once she knows the truth. That does not change the love they feel for one another though. Is an eternity with one love worth the loss of a truer one?***** With a unique twist on the reincarnation theme, Ms. Fox recreates the legend of Tam Lin, a mortal woman battling the queen of the Fair Folk for her lover's heart. You will truly feel both the lightness of the general story as well as the tragic circumstances that seem to be conspiring against the lovers' happiness. ***** Reviewed by Amanda Killgore.

Contemporary Faery Romance

Karen Fox introduced us to Nic Stone in PRINCE OF CHARMING and I knew right away she couldn't cheat her readers out of a book starring him. But how do you make a happily married man a single hero? You give him to Karen Fox and let her work her magic. Nic Stone loved his wife, Anna, so dearly he wanted to spend all of eternity with her. And he knew just the person to make that dream come true--Titania, queen of the Fae. Only nothing is simple when Titania is involved. In order for her to give Anna eternal life, the queen had to take Anna's mortal life and allow her to be reborn immortal. In CUPID'S MELODY, Nic has to find his beloved Anna and charm her back into his graces. This is no easy feat when he finds two sisters who share many of Anna's traits. Karen Fox created a fabulous read by mixing Nic's determination to find his true love with an evil faery queen, a group of ill-behaved pixies, and some helpful pilliwiggins. She topped it off by adding sexual tension and humor. Kick back and enjoy. -- ...
