This cookbook has the best recipes for red and green chile sauce I've found. Also, great versions of enchiladas and other regional faves. I got this book ages ago at a used book store in Tucson, I have the 1983 version. Would love to see a new edition - Greer's nailed the Cuisine of the American Southwest!
