Dr. Criswell was my pastor growing up but it was not until late that I realized what a great leader, innovator, and mentor he was. This book is one that I keep close by my side. It is a years worth of seminary clearly laid out in a wonderful book. It really is a must have for any pastor from emergent to traditional. It's principles transcend all religious sects.
