Shakti Gawain is well-known as an expert in personal growth and consciousness. She's written numerous book and leads workshops internationally. This book has to be the best kept secret. I wish I had read it ages ago. (I know, it wasn't published then.) This book is a treasure of quick, precise information. Now I know "why" and "how". Wow!
