This book has an unsurmountable amount of recipes for the cranberry. But when is too much, too much? It is a bit messy in its construction of its recipes and anecdotes which makes it a bit hard to figure out if a recipe has ended or is extended. Also, there are some recipes in here which have no pairing connection. They are there I guess to give the book more substance in terms of width. There are great recipes here, but the format makes it a bit tough to look at. Still, I enjoy it. Hope you do too...
