I used this book in my advanced French (12th grade) high school class and bought it because it was so good. I have many books on learning French and years later this is still one of my favorites. This book is for someone with a solid knowledge of at least basic French.

I used this book in my advanced highschool french class. I think it is excellent for those who already have a good knowledge of french and want to refine their grammar and vocabulary. First of all, it is all in french, instructions and so forth. Secondly, it is organized and to the point. Grammatical sections are clearly separated and there are plenty of excersizes to practice. Lastly, there are wonderful sections on idiomatic usage and vocabulary to learn and use.
