Everything I needed to know about nutrition for my Health Science degree, plus a little bit more for general interest. I enjoy reading this despite it being a text book, which is unusual for me. Good clear references, great defintions, and good everyday examples I can relate to. I have been really pleased with this purchase, This is one text book I will hang onto.

I am using this book in my undergrad college course. It is great. I find it way more helpful than the professor's presentations when it comes to my exams. She is using it more for a reference than teaching from it, but it is most definitely worth the $$ and much cheaper here than buying through the college book store where it was $40 more expensive. Great buy for anyone interested in learning about nutrition.
