Very helpful product

This book was a great compliment to my con law book by Shanor. All of the major cases were included. The case index in the back makes it very easy to find the cases.

Con Law Clarified

If you're in law school using the Sullivan and Gunther Con Law casebook, I HIGHLY recommend this study aid! That casebook is huge, intimidating, and not very clear in bringing out the black letter law. Combined with a strict Socratic professor, the law can be very puzzling. Using this E and E, along with Emanuel's outline, makes the entire subject a LOT clearer. If you're planning on going to law school, I recommend checking out the Examples and Explanations books before classes begin, if you have the time and the motivation. They give an overview of the subject that cases help to clarify, and they help clarify the cases that aren't all that clear. In any case, get this book if you're having Con Law trouble with Sullivan.

great site to deal with and more

The book arrived as promised and better than described. Would definitely deal with this purveyor in the future.

A wise choice

This study aide was extremely helpful for exam review. This book provides the student who has kept up in class with a succinct overview of the topic. When you are reading case after case during the semester, it is easy to miss the overall course ideology, unless you have a good professor who will tie it all together for you. This book is good at providing the appropriate level of detail to the student for a comprehensive review of the critical points in Con Law I.

A 1L must have!

Constitutional Law I- was probably the most difficult first year law school course that I had. The sheer volume of reading required hours of preparation. As a supplement - this book is invaluable. In a straightforward manner, the book explains the Commerce Clause, powers of Congress, Executive Immunity, Judicial Review, Privileges and Immunities, State Action, etc... The examples are common questions a student would find on an exam. The explanations work through each level of analysis required to understand Con Law. I found the book most helpful in preparing for finals. The book is current, containing the latest case law. Your Con Law professor probably bought this book - I would strongly recommend it.
