A GOOD BOOK!

I liked this book... I'm enjoying the new series too, I only wish the books would be published faster...Anyhow,is that supposed to be Ben Marlow on the cover? I think it is... I wish this book told what is wrong with A.J. instead of leaving me hanging... Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait for no.6 to come out. I wonder when Bonnie Bryant will decide to merge the Saddle Club into Pine Hollow... It has to happen eventually... they can't stay young forever... She'll probably stop at like book#150 or something, and then turn the story over into Pine Hollow... probably when Lisa's parents divorce... That is just my prediction for the future anyways... Kepp it up B.B! =)

I have not yet read this book

Look, if you don't have something nice to say about Bonnie Bryant, please, don't say anything at all. I happen to like the Pine Hollow series because I was getting impatient for the girls to grow up and experience the real world. If you would like to e-mail me with some comments my address follows. P.S. I give all of Bonnie Bryant's books five stars whether I've read them or not.

Prancer...........

I like how in confirmation faults, carole and lisa are fighting because lisa found out that she knew about prancer having twins. They've been so goody-goody for years, and it's really annoying. Bonnie bryant should be Bonnie Brilliant!

it took awhile...

...but ms. bryant finally started getting the hang of it. As one reader put it, she's making even strides. As an avid rider and competitor, i have been reading the Saddle Club series for 10 years. i was beginning to find it slightly to youngfor me. Now, after a riding accident(in which many of my bones were and are still broken) the only way I can enjoy horses is to read about them. I believe that Bonnie Bryant has filled that void of missing horses in me. However, being a teenager,i know there is more to life than just horses and family. I would like to see the trio into tighter roles: perhaps peer-pressure, drugs, sex, family trouble. (a good topic that could be adressed would be if Phil were to suddenly start hitting Stevie) (it DOES happen you know, so please so flame, cuz it was a suggestion.) Ne ways, you get the point.

Excellence!

This is a wonderful series that really deals truthfully about the trials and tribulations of life as a teenager. I praise Bonnie Bryant for really hitting the mark! Though this series does not contain many horse stories or youthfully mischevious adventures, it shows how the main characters deal with not having the necessary time to see and care for their horses. As for the mischevious adventures, they all have grown up, which means that they have become more responsible, and realistic about choices, decisions and relationships. I have read the Saddle Club series, and the story-lines were much less complicated, and often almost unrealistic. Pine Hollow is a wonderful interpretation and portrayal of adolesence!
