This is a fascinating book about computer-simulated dream sports matchups across eras. If you are a sports fan, this book has something for you. Team sports include college football and basketball, professional football and basketball, major league baseball, hockey and soccer. Individual sports include boxing, bowling, golf, horse racing, swimming, tennis and track (100-meter dash, mile run and decathlon.) As a fan of football and boxing, I especially appreciated the all-time heavyweight boxing tournament and the all-time college and pro football playoffs. Co-author Dr. Julian Compton is a humanities professor, boxing historian and the creator of the legendary boxing simulation Data Boxing. Co-author Bruce Nash is the head of Nash Entertainment, which produces the Amazing Sports Stories series for Fox Sports Network.
