This book is the best baseball book!! It helped me be a better catcer, and in general a better player over all. I read this whole book in one day and I really learned a lot from it. I wanted to become better at pitching and batting and this book has helped me to achieve this. I have seen a significant improvement in the way I play the game. It is a must for any serious baseball player.
