I Loved It And I Don't Even Like This Genre of Books

I can truly say that I loved this book as well as it's sequel! The heroin, Zan Scarsdale, was believable and endearing. Karivet and Iobeh were sweet and more mature than most adults I know. Remarr's plight was very familiar to the way families work today. Ychass's wild, passionate spirit was refreshing and close-to-heart. Vihena reminded me a tad of myself, striving to be herself while others around her try to shove her into a mold that she neither fits nor wants to be enclosed in. These books wonderful and have remained so even after the 5th time I've read them. I strongly urge you to go to your local library and see if they have these two books.

A Must-Read

This book and its sequel have been favorites of mine for years. I would give anything for copies to own, this is a must read for any fantasy lover. Vihena was my especial fascination. If anyone can get their hands on a copy, read it.

The Best Book I have ever read

I love this book so much I have read it at least 25 times. It is well written, and the book just pulls the reader into the book. I am trying to find the sequal so I can read it too. The only bad thing about it is it is too short.

This is one of the best books I have ever read!

This is a great book! I read it near the beginning of my third grade school year, And it was well written, and the characters were not painted out in bright colors so that you will know what they are going to do. And the book IS like a weaving pattern like it is supposed to be. Ever since I first read it I have been looking for it in book stores for it! It is without a doubt one of the greatest books ever written!

Great! I loved it!

I read this book when I was in middle school, also, and it really sparked my imagination. The way it ended left me hanging, and I want to read the next book. A really good read.
