Beautiful book, great information

This book contains the best photos of all the Fourteeners we have seen. It's very readable. Its ratings are extremely helpful. It does not provide detailed hiking directions. Rather, it helps you choose among the Fourteeners for priorities to climb.
Spectacular Mountain Photography!

Roger Edrinn takes the most spectacular photographs I've seen of Colorado's 14,000 foot peaks. I highly recommend getting this picture book if you can find a copy. He photographs the peaks with a climber's eye, and often captures unique perspectives of the peaks. I especially like his photo of mountain goats crossing the narrow catwalk on Mount Eolus -- an event that I was fortunate enough to experience firsthand on my own hike of the peak.
