Fast paced murder mystery loaded with romance

Suzanne's book was a great contemporary who-dun-it set on a steamy plantation in Louisianna. She aced the emotional upheaval of childhood sweethearts from opposite sides of the tracks forced apart by a horrible crime who reunite 15 years later to solve the murder. She had me guessing who the real murderer was until the very end. Awesome!
