I have many cookbooks in my kitchen, well over 150 tomes lining the walls! But I have to agree with the over reviewers that this unassuming vegetarian cookbook is by far one of the best I have ever seen. The photographys are yummy and the recipes easy to follow. Never had a bad meal in the entire book. Our favorite is on page 166, Chick-pea roast w/ sherry sauce. Buy and enjoy
A Wonderful Cookbook

This cookbook is the second best in my collection. The reason: virtually every thing we've tried has been a hit with the entire family. As new, part-time vegetarians we need all the encouragement we can get. The brilliant food photos will set your juices flowing. I think this book could make a vegetarian out of Sam Sheppard!(If you are abroad, Sam is the spokesman for the American Beef Counsel.) There is only one better in my opinion and that is Roz Denny's "The Complete Encyclopedia of Vegetables and Vegetarian Cooking." That book tells everything you need to know about veggies, even the exotic ones, and has the best recpies I've ever tasted.
Wonderful ! You'll never want meat again!

This is a great veggie cookbook. The recipes are tasty and easy to follow. The pictures of every dish add to the appeal so you can see what you're aiming for. The book covers all food courses so there is something for everyone.... except meat. A detailed delight of delectables !
