Fantastic accounts and artwork of this chapter of the American Civil War

A wonderful book of the many stories and interesting facts that came from this very important state in the Civil War. Written and illustrated for anybody ranging from an adolescent to adult to enjoy, Cottrell and Thomas continue their perfect combination of art and words to tell the fascinating stories from Tennessee during this time in America. A great book all the way through!

Well rounded view of TN Civil War History

The book provided a very nice overview of the "hot spots" of TN Civil War history and the Union/Confederacy Split in a "Mason/Dixon" line state. Nice Starter for the amateur historian and will give you many topics for further reading.
