Chips from a Wilderness Log

The book came and was the title I wanted in the condition described. However, the description stated Hardcover and it is most certainly not hardcover. The book sent and received is 100% paperback and exactly as another paperback I own of the same title. This absolutely should not have been sold or represented as hardcover. In addition, there is a previous owner signature on the second page. This was something that was not mentioned. As this was going to be a gift for my son in remembrance of his grandfather and their love of the outdoors, these issues have made the gift not as special. I guess I will keep looking elsewhere and keep a wary eye on items through this vendor/website. Good for some, I guess. Not what I wanted or what was advertised.
