Kitchen Library: Chinese Cooking: Compilation

I'm buying this book because my daughter has made some wonderful meals from the recipes of "Chinese Cooking." I'm also buying it because the ingredients are low in complex carbohydrates, and high in simple carbs and protein. That combination makes for a satisfying meal without loading me down with tryglycerides and heavy oils.
