My son loves this book. I show him the cover and he gets a big smile which he keeps the entire time I am reading to him. The story is short and simple and the illustrations very colorful. This is a great book for babies.

This book is perfect for babies who can't wait to see Daddy. As a stay-at-home mom whose husband works a lot of hours on night shift, I can tell you that my daughter often can't wait for Daddy to come home! I can see that she "identifies" with little Chick's search for Daddy, and I enjoy the beautiful pictures and simple text. This is my baby's favorite book, hands down.
