I gave this book to my wife as a gift. She loves chicken and by the proxy of marriage I am subjected to a lot of chicken. But it is a very healthy meat and it is generally recognized by the major religions of the world as a food fit for consumption, so I never really complain. I selected this book because there are over 400 recipes. I thought to myself add some beer to the mix and you have 800 recipes, so I purchased it. With over 400 recipes I also figured it would be a long time before we ever ate the same meal twice. Well actually there are a few dozen or so recipes that actually are practical for the everyday cook to prepare, but the thought of 400 just sounded so open-ended. The meals we've eaten, stuffed chicked chicken and spinach, and eight or nine others thus far are very tasty. There are several I've been trying to convince my wife to try but with limited success. For example any combination that includes fish or seafood will likely wait until I get the courage to cook my own recipe. I don't mean to sound sexist, but I'm just not the cook in the family. Maybe I can convince my son to try some. All kidding aside, this is a very good recipe book and if you can find it, I wholly recommend it.
Yum

So far I've been just thrilled with this book, especially the fast "Midweek Meals" section. I have so many pages marked of things I still want to try!
