Too good to put down!

I picked this up a few months ago and started it, then misplaced it. But in 2 days, I finished it! A quick and easy read. I felt that I could relate to "Shirley" in so many ways and on many levels. The author has created a character that is so believable, is a great example and is NOT perfect! I liked that a lot. I can't wait to read her other books in the Shirley line. I laughed and cried, was moved and learned all at the same time! Thank you Toni!

I read this story and I know I will never think of the holiday season in the same way. When I get rushed and stressed, I will stop and remember what it's all about. Thank you! For A wonderful story and a true to life experience. I have my shopping for the holidays taken care of already. Only I want my friends to read your book BEFORE Christmas. It's the kind of book that I want to read again and again, to remind me what all of the fuss is reall about.
