Fun representation of the Mexico/Texas border

We love this book- it is bilingual, and gives ownership of a typically white "Night Before Christmas" style story to the Chicano communities on the Texas/Mexico border. My husband grew up in Juarez and El Paso, and enjoyed it immensely. We're happy to find this book to add to our son's Christmas collection. This author is from this community, and represents it well. Awesome book!!!
