This is a book well worth reading. Most of us are familiar with the main incidents that took place in Jerusalem two thousand years ago, but we have less familiarity with the characters who played a key role in what happened. Using the eye of a keen observer and the pen of a lively writer, Tom Houston describes each of these characters and in doing so he challenges us to examine our own character and see what traits we have in common with those who played a part in the crucifixion. Challenging reading.
