Great in-depth overview of how to start an Accountability Group
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 16 years ago
I bought this book a few weeks after going to a weekend retreat through my church. The speaker was Rod Handley and he spoke about the tremendous need for accountability among Christians. I had heard about the importance of "accountability" before and tried to start accountable relationships, albeit unsuccessfully, in the past. This book is a great introduction and overview on all the ins and outs of how to start such a group. I have been in an accountability group for about three months now and have experienced a great deal of growth. I can't say enough about being in such a group and the growth that is possible through one. I highly recommend this book and think that, although it is "religious" or Christian in a lot of its views, that it is something I think anyone, Christian or otherwise, can gain a lot from.
