I found Wauter's Chakra Card Oracle to be a very helpful format for those who are seeking understanding or healing of their emotional, spiritual, and physical being. The information on chakras was in a very readable yet not simplistic format. It consists of a small hardback booklet attractively and colorfully illustrated. This booklet contains information on on the chakra system. The oracle also comes with a set of attractively decorated cards which may be used for affirmations or other self-exploratory exercises. I've had this book for two years,and refer to it on a regular basis. I'm glad I bought it!
