Cathay Jewel of the East

I love this book. FYI I use it for d20 though it has both d20 and the 7th sea rules in it. First, It has plenty of crunch for those who want authentic flavored feats and prestige classes. It has sword schools fitting the region and rules for nifty weapons and armor. But the main reason I love it is the background info. Do you want to know what kinds of food you will find in Koryo...its in there,or what clothes they are wearing or even what there views on weddings and religion are... what types of buildings they have, what spices they use.... This is what makes the book shine. Even for DM's who have never been outside of their home state this helps build authentic detail to let players actually feel like they are there.
