Another reviewer posted a good summary, so I'll simply say that this is not only a delightfully naughty romp, but a well written story with some genuine heat between the characters. Mouette builds the excitement quickly, then dances deftly back and forth between passion and intrigue. As the mystery unfolds, the characters find themselves pushing the edges of power and desire.

In Southern California, the Zoological Association is investigating the consequential impact of an apparent financial crisis at the Southern California Cat Sanctuary. Gabe Sullivan of ZA is to judge whether the myriad of various felines are being neglected by the fiscal shortfall and if they should finance it or shut it down.
