I remember this always being my favourite new Bobbsey Twins book! The mysteries in the first 17 or so books were always well-balanced for the age group targeted, but this one was a masterpiece! What are the strange lights Bert sees while babysitting, and is their an X-Files type cover-up agency at work? These questions and more are uncovered by our intrepid sleuths!
