The Life Lessons with Junior series is a four book series created to teach basic principles about money and, yes, life to children of all ages. From working and saving, to giving and spending, these wonderful stories will teach real life 'stuff' and the stories are so fun, children won't even know they're learning. The second of four books in the Life Lessons with Junior series teaches children how to spend. Careless at the Carnival will teach children to make a plan for spending their money by dividing their money into spending categories. Each book in the Life Lessons with Junior series has practical tips for parents to use as they teach their children these life-changing principles.
My daughter loves these books. I do as well. I wish that I had these books when I was younger. I would have been better prepared for the future. Money and saving it something that you have to learn how to handle.
Excellent Book for Kids!

Oh my, Me and my daughter really enjoyed this book. She is only eight so she is still at the learning to read and being comfortable with the structure of sentences. About half way through the book my daughter got a little tired but she pushed on and I finished up the last four pages or so. The lesson taught in this book was golden, "Make a plan for how you spend your money and then stick to it". This happens to be a lesson that us adults need to adhere to a little more often, dont you think?. We used this book for a book report and it served the purpose quite well, and left us with something to treasure for a lifetime to come, thanks alot.
