Book is fantastic, the condition is not

I love the content and the references and the writing style. I don't even made the pencil-written checkmarks that seem to coincide with the parts I also find most interesting. I can overlook the torn page in the prologue.
The reason why this book lost a star is because I can't overlook the lack of dust jacket. This book was meant to be in "good condition". Dust covers may be missing if the condition is only acceptable, but I can't find where it says they may be missing in cases of good condition.
