Book Overview

Can Psychology Help You Solve Your Problems? For over a century, psychology has offered answers to people seeking help with problems of living. But are those answers reliable? A challenge to the mind set.

This book challenged my mind set and point of view. While I didn't agree with every jot and tittle, it was eye opening. Overall I agreed with what Lisa Bazler had to say. The case that she makes is a strong one. It is very true that psychology and Christianity are as diametrically opposed as witchcraft and Christianity. Christians will benefit from reading this book and considering what is said. It provides a whole different...

Removing Scales

After reading one of the reviews from this website; yes, in fact, I do believe that there was an Adam & Eve, a talking Serpent, and that Isaiah 7:14 predicts the coming of Jesus Christ, our Savior! And I do believe that this book has indeed revealed a basal truth that psychology is man-made, as man understands the soul, mind, etc. I also believe that through the power of Jesus Christ people are miraculously saved and forgiven...

A MUST READ!!!

This book exposes psychology for what it is. Which is basically bogus and it doesn't work. Psychology has you believing in your self and in the medication they give you. They totally overlook the one person who heals without hours of therapy and medication. This person is JESUS CHRIST, and the medication is feeding on GOD'S word daily. If you want your life changed and radically healed, this book will shed awesome light on...

One untruth mixed in with 9 truths spoils the whole.

Psychology Debunked exposes the many rotten spots in modern psychology's ever shifting dogma. Taking into account that suicide rears its ugly eternal head in the psychological profession in the top 5%, along with the fact that the purported "cure rate" given by its professional members are at below Russian roulette rates. I strongly recommend this book. It has the innate ability to reduce the seemingly complex into heart confirmed...

Important for anyone thinking of getting counseling

This book should be read by anyone who is a Christian and is thinking about or is already being counseled by the psychology industry, whether it has the label Christian attached or not. The author has a whole chapter on whether a person should take medications for psychological "illnesses" and she explains what these medications do to people. The author also explains her experiences in interviewing and working at "Christian"...
