Caleb's Price

Although this book was entirely different than the first book of his that I read (Bound for Freedom) I was extremely impressed. Mr. Smith has a way of getting into the characters mind. Each one comes alive with their own distinct personality. This is not a cookie cutter book. I always enjoyed reading Louis L'Amour when I was younger and haven't found many western authors since him that I have enjoyed. I am glad that now I have found another author that I enjoy! I'll be looking for his other books.
