The book's contents cover everything from table setting to travelling for business purposes and has been an invaluable help to my course planning.

I have found this to be a very helpful book in how to deal with people in a business. Though there are a few things which I feel are not the right approach and are just the opinion of the author, I think many would do well to study this book and put it into practice.
