The Book was not in a Good condition

Some of the pages were ripped out and others were taped back together

Was awesome

10/10

Wrong book

I was sent the wrong book….i got Panda bear panda bear what do you see….

Received Incorrect Book

The condition was very good like it said but we received the Panda Bear version instead of the Brown Bear (which I ordered and was shown a picture of in my ordered-items lists). It's a book we don't own so it's not a huge bummer but just something to note. Still a fun classic for kids!

I ordered this book but when it got here I was very disappointed to see that it was not brown bear i

I don't care for this book because it wasn't what I ordered

Can’t be fixed, paid for trash.

Half of the book pages were torn from the top corners. I can’t even read it due to missing the words. I basically paid for trash. I wish I could get a refund or get a different book for same value. This is ridiculous.

Great book; great condition

It's great to find a book that both my 2 year old grandson and I like. The pictures are simple, the story is straightforward, but the book lends itself to lots of discussion about the pictures. I'm glad I bought this book.

Supposed to be very good condition

It was supposed to be very good condition, but it was written in with a black sharpie. You couldn’t wipe it off. I wanted to give it as a gift but mie I can’t and I can’t find a way to return it.

Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see.

The book was suppose to ge in great condition but it was not as described. It did not come as a board book and the book did even have the front cover. Would not buy from seller.

Wrong book

I received Polar Bear Polar Bear, what do you see instead of Brown Bear, which is fine…but I wish I would’ve read the reviews first because it appears I’m not the only one. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The Hard Book was rated "Very Good" but was not.

Very disappointed in the appearance of this book. The front cover was dirty & obviously had a sticker pulled off taking with it part of the color of the bear, the edges were very worn & the back of the book had some sort of gook on it.

Disappointed

I grew up reading this book and was excited for my daughter to read it as well! But I was disappointed when “panda bear, panda bear what do you see” arrived instead. The concept of both books are the same but I was really looking forward to the brown bear one instead.

Came ripped

I bought this book for my little brother and once I got to the second to last page, I saw that the page was ripped off the book.

Wrong book

They did not send the book that I ordered.

Brown Bear Brown Bear

Book came with to many pages torn

Pages missing

This is a great book for kids who struggle with reading because each page tells you what’s going to be on the next page. (Ask brown bear what he sees, he tells you; the next page you’re asking that animal what they see.) It has repetition with a each new word. Unfortunately this book doesn’t really work well with pages missing in the middle. I still gave it 5 stars because the story itself is great.

Unacceptable condition!!!

Missing parts from the book. The book it’s bitten by a kid. It’s unacceptable.

Not a Good version

It is definitely not a Good version, 6 pages are totally torn, so I have to use tap to fix it. In a word, it is a disappointing experience.

Did not receive the right book

I recieved a book about panda bears... not brown bear brown bear...

"Very Good" condition was missing pages and torn

I am very disappointed in this purchase. My son needed this book for his class, but was unable to use it due to the book being torn and missing pages. I am upset that the website/company does not do anything about it. I understand the books are used and sold at a cheap price, but still. At least make sure someone else does not end up with the same problem as I did. Its false advertising.

Wrong item received

I ordered Brown Bear Brown Bear but received Polar Bear Polar Bear. I like that book but needed Brown Bear for my Great Niece's Birthday. She wanted Brown Bear, Brown Bear.

Wonderful

Children enjoy it

Wrong book sent but same author

I ordered Brown Bear Brown Bear but received Polar Bear Polar Bear. I like that book but needed Brown Bear for my September Curriculum. Oh well.

Great for small children

I started reading this book to my 16 month old brother. He sits quietly through the entire book - looking at each page. We even read it a couple times making all the animals sounds. No other book I've read to him consistently keeps his interest. A must for early readers!! And for kids of my age of 12 I recommend the serie of Why Some Cats are Rascals ( Book 3)

Oso Pardo

I love this book, it is one of my favorites. My daughther learned the names of the animals and colors. I highly recommend it.

Oso pardo, oso pardo, ¿qué ves ahí?

Excellent resource trade book. Good translation of Brown Bear, Brown Bear.

A children's classic

Brown Bear, Brown Bear by Bill Martin Jr. and illustrated by Eric Carle is a classic book for young readers. The REPETITIVE (not rhyming) text is what makes the book easy for little ones to memorize. The book introduces the very young to animal names and color words. The simple, REPETITIVE text encourages even the youngest of readers to chime in. An excellent choice and a must have in your child's library.

A Must Have Book for all Children.

Brown Bear, Brown Bear has provided my child with reading enjoyment since 9 months of age. The colors are outstanding and eye-catching to the little ones. This is most definately her favorite book. (As the book shows). It teaches children of various animals and associates them with colors. At the age of 14 months, my daughter could depict every picture and state it by name and color. True educational book for the young at heart . If your child does not have this book, trust me, buy it - it is well worth it. It's companion book, "Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What do you hear." is as phenomem.

Since November is National Family Literacy Month, I thought I would take a moment to share my thoughts on reading to those littlest ones between the ages of 0-4 and the oft asked question when selecting books for this age: Which is better, Board Books or Picture Books?
