Wealth of information

I am a registered nurse and have spent many hours reading and re-reading sections of this book. For all the wonderful new medical breakthroughs out there, there are also some that are outdated and "broken". Money unfortunately has distorted some. Suzanne Somers is one of my heros. I am very health conscious and have been on bio-identical hormones for almost 3 years now and it has changed my life. I do a lot of reading of many health-related newsletters and am a member of Life Extension Foundation. WAKE UP TIME !!!

Eveyone should read this book!!!! It is a wake up call to all people to see what medicine in our country has morphed into. We have lost all insight into the way our bodies work and respond to the food we put in our mouths, the toxins we eat, drink and are exposed to. Another Great Book from Suzzzy!!! Her books are very insightful and a easy read. The basics included eating healthy (organic when possible) food, avoiding pharmaceuticals and remove toxins from your home life. I love her daily plans. I would recommend this book for older and younger women. I also, recommend The Power of Postive Habits.
