Andy's first book - I laughed until I cried.

I have enjoyed Andy MacDonald's stories since I was a kid. I will pick up his books every once in a while and re-read them all. The snippets of his life are so funny you will find yourself laughing out loud. At least I did and I rarely do that. His stories are the typical ones of a poor child growing up in Cape Breton in the early 1900's. He and his siblings were always on the lookout for food or money. What is atypical is the humour he finds in all the difficulties of that time. His antics will leave you in hysterics. Thank you, Andy, for sharing these stories with us.
