The Brainpower Game Plan has many, many great menu suggestions, brain games and exercise routines that will keep you from being bored. I've already lost a few pounds and I don't have the unhealthy cravings I used to have.

I've shared this book with three generations, and each felt it spoke directly to them and their stage of "memory fog." In this era of digital overload, who doesn't feel their memory is overtaxed?
