Horrible. The sent something totally different.

They sent a magazine about braids and bows. Not the book pictured which is specifically what we want. I need a refund.
An old favorite for all ages

My daughter is now 37 but we used this book when she was a young girl with beautiful long hair and the step by step pictures were so helpful and easy to follow. Today she is still using some of her favorite braids on my 8 year old granddaughter. I ordered one today as birthday gifts for my 4 and 7 year old granddaughters who are into braiding hair. Now they can practice and learn all these amazing braids for themselves ( along with moms help)

I saw the picture of the braids and bows book(new) with the ribbons so you can make bows and I got an extremely used book that I didn't buy! 40 dollars? Are you kidding me?
