Born to Sing: Book-Original

I have read and used this old version - I agree that it had some rough edges. No one can approach the total picture from a book or tapes and this particular one may not be right for everyone. This now comes in CD form and has been much improved. Elisabeth is a phenomenal internationally reknown teacher of commercial pop vocal technique styles and should not be dismissed so completely (by the first reviewer). Her technique and excercises have made the careers of major stars on Broadway and elsewhere. If you want to do Musical Theatre Belt safely then I think this series may be right for you. In any event I don't believe anyone who is serious about singing should be self taught. A private teacher is a must!

i think the book and tapes were great they really helped me and i think this is one of the best voice lesson books i have read
