Bloody Rose

I don't actually have a review on the writing of the book - I read "Kings of the Wyld" and loved it and am sure this sequel will also be funny and tragic in turn, and has already proven to be in just the first few chapters - but I do have a review on the condition of the book. I rarely if ever leave reviews. However, this is nigh unbearable. The copy of "Bloody Rose" I received is supposed to be in "very good condition," and it smells like it has been stuck at the bottom of a dirty box in a smoker's house for who knows how long. All pages are present and the markings are minimal but the smell is so strong that it is irritating my throat and the page ends are stained. I would call this "acceptable" condition if not for the smell, but certainly not "very good". I am not sure I can keep reading it unless I air it out or cover my face. It is upsetting, I have been looking forward to reading this and I can't with how bad it smells. Overall, suggest the book, but the condition of the one I received from this seller is not worth it. I wish I had just bought a new copy so I wouldn't have to deal with this stale smoker smell.
