"Remember what you do when you get your picture taken, David"

This book was fabulous! It would be awful to know that you live with your parents, but they don't know that you're their "dead" son! David kills his kidnapper, Fletcher, at 17. Fletcher had kidnapped him when he was three ears old, and had put him up for child pornography. David finds where his real parents are, and to his amazement they have a Room for Rent sign in their window. He takes the room, and right away everyone loves him, except for Erin, the family's 12 year old daughter. You will be in tears of joy at the end of this heartwarmer!!!! I hope Gloria Murphy writes a sequel to this!!!

the loss of a son..

I had trouble putting this book down. I was grabbed from the start. It follows one mother's grief after losing her first born son and thinking him dead..but then a stranger comes to board in her house..a stranger who used to think he was her lost little boy while living with a cruel, abusive man. She takes to him from day one..but her daughter is not so sure, thinking he is hiding something. Who is this reserved young boarder? Read this book and find out.
