Then there's that too. Great characters? Yeap. Well written? Definately. Jon Sharpe knows how to pace a story, get his hero into a jam you'd think is impossible to get out of alive, then come up with a believable solution. For fans of this series, or for a reader who just wants a good western to read, then I'd say you won't be disappointed with this book.
