In the dark, hidden corners of the Mausoleum, Dinah begins to understand the true nature of Vincent's sacrifice for her. But she must confront her innermost emotions if she plans on setting free the spirits that have been locked away. As time quickly disappears in the sleepy town of Bizenghast, the riddles become more complex and intricate - and their answers may be in the choice Dinah is forced to make between the lost souls and her closest friend...
I think this collection is wonderful for kids. It stirrs up their imagination through excelent drawings, and is, thanks God, not Japanese. Children like it.They always love magic. They can read it, copy images, or read it to others in the family. It is just what I expected from the product. Cordially yours, Eugenia.

Both my daughter and I read Bizenghast, and we love it. The art and the storyline are absolutely fantastic. M Alice Legrow has excellent skills as a an illustrator and writer. The story can be creepy, a little sad, and often very funny (that Edaniel! good for comic relief.) BZG doesnt look or read like every other manga- it is a fresh original story with interesting and unique characters. Vol 4 is just as good as the previous three volumes. The story takes a startling turn (I won't spoil it, so no hints).
