Beyond XS and OS: My Thirty Years in the NFL

Having had the opportunity to spend a small amount of time with Coach Hanifan, reading his book was incredibly enjoyable. I most certainly enjoyed his discussions about his experiences with the NFL, but I thoroughly enjoyed his storytelling and his experience getting there. The NFL certainly has "coaching trees" including Bill Walsh, Bill Parcells, and Don Coryell to name a few. Coach Hanifan's book does a nice job of illustrating his pathway and the changes that accompanied his time in football...and his ongoing involvement and the number of people he has touched in a positve manner is simply amazing.
