Not a Sequel - A Great Supplement to the Original

I paid for Telling Ain't Training for each of my eight direct reports. It's clearly the best of its kind. Now, I am using the Fieldbook as a guide to conduct a series of workshops based on the TAT book. There are exercises, quizes, and activities that help me facilitate a train the trainer course using Telling Ain't Training as the text. It's perfect. Bear in mind that the Fieldbook needs to be used IN ADDITION to the original. It does not replace the original, nor is it a sequel. It allows the user to "operationalize" the TAT book for training, and yes it IS based on the original.
