I bought my first DSLR - Rebel XT awhile back (July 2007). IT has so many features I was just getting lost in the menus. This book explains all the features that a starting DSLR user would ever want to know. The first thing I looked up was continuous shooting (didn't know how to set that) - the book was VERY clear and gave several helpful pointers. This is a excellent book. It breaks down everything the owner manual dosen't say into easy to read and understandable text. I have had my camera about a year and learned so much more about it with the first few chapters. I highly recommend any one who owns this camera to buy this book.

Was very happy to see this product, perfect for my new camera. I was looking to make the leap from Point and shoot to a "real" digital camera and this book made me want to immediately go outside and take some shots. Very easy to follow.
