Betty Crocker's Bisquick Cookbook

Mom used the recipes on the box for dinner. Remember having the quiche type dishes, pancakes and other items. I have made some things since getting this cookbook. Its great.

I have made Bisquick "impossible pies" my whole life and had them on little recipe cards where I wrote them down as I found them on the back of the boxes or in magazines through the years. It was great to find them all in one cookbook. I made cookies with Bisquick recently and loved them. Any recipe that makes its own crust either as a dessert or a main dish is a winner for me. Easy recipes for everyone.

Great cookbook to have on hand when you don't have much time. My husband especially loves the ham and cheese impossible pie!

I recieved this book as a Christmas gift last week and have already used this book several times.This is one of the most handy cookbooks that I have come across. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety. In addition to standard Bisquick waffles and biscuits there are sophisticated entrees and desserts. The cocunut chicken with apricot glaze was wonderful!This is a lavishly illustrateed book with a photo of every recipe and many illustrated side bars offering technique! Each recipe is explained step by step. The chicken and dumplings turned out perfectly thanks to the great advice!This is a fantastic investment with so many delicious and creative recipes! This is already one of my favorite cookbooks!

This is a terrific cookbook. It has all the favorites from the past, lots of impossible pie recipes, and some new recipes too. Finally!! A cookbook that I'll actually use. It also has a great kids section with recipes for food and other fun things like paint and "play dough". I recommended it to all my friends and family and I'm even picking up a few for Christmas.
