Best of Bead and Button: Beaded Necklaces

Even though there are just under 100 pages in this book, it has more detail, and more interesting projects than books twice its size. There are several more-complicated designs clearly explained, which I can't wait to start. This is not another run-of-the-mill beginner's bead stringing book. It has fresh ideas, excellent detail, and reveals some of the secrets to making the projects that other books I've read have lacked. After reading the directions, I know I can make these necklaces. That is not always the case in some other books. I highly recommend this book to those who want to step beyond beginning beading projects.

Just got my book today. Of the five books I orders this was one of the best. Many different designs I am an experienced beader and find it hard to get books that have more advanced projects. I have already marked out 5 projects that I will try out. Most times I am lucky to find one or two. Definetly for the intermediate to advanced beader. Clear instructions.

Even though I already have the projects in my magazine collection, still I find it much easier to have them all in one volume and these are the more outstanding projects also. Nine stringing projects, 16 stitching or beadweaving and six wirework. Each project is reprinted exactly as it was in the magazine. Since I think the best beadweaving is to be found in the pages of Bead and Button, then it makes sense for me to own their compilations.
