Thank you for helping me to advance professionally in my career as anAdministrative Assistant. I have been searching for a way to gain respectfrom my Directors. I have tried many things to gain respect I became moreorganized, learned to improve my communication style and to act moreprofessional. However, something was still missing. I read this book several times. Each time I would pick out one thing to improve on. Once I accomplished that I'd go back and pick out another item to work on. It was so easy because Dawn is showing you how to be yourself and be your professional best.

The book was easy to read, simple, concise and to the point. If we take each idea and implement them over time, then do we see the unbelievable results Dawn talks about: saving time, not spending alot of money, gaining respect and career growth. The skill of presence she teaches is so important to our careers and self-esteem. Thank you Dawn for sharing practical information which I could make a part of my life easily.
