This book is based on a simple premise -- but one that is so true. If you understand that you will never be perfect and your mate cant possibly be perfect, then you can never have the perfect marriage. But, in knowing that, you can have a very happy marriage because you don't get upset or disallusioned when things go wrong. I like how they bring out hard work in the relationship. I read another relationship expert who said we should emphasize having fun in our relationship too. If we are playing together, laughing together and having a great time, then there would be less problems to fix. The Romantic's Guide is a great book on thousands of fun tips and ideas couples can do to keep the romance alive.
